direction for use

    • MARINATE 1 Kg TANDOORI PIECES OF CHICKEN WITH REQUIRED QUANTITY OF LIME JUICE OR CURD OR VINEGAR. NOW ADD 3 TO 3 ½ TABLESPOON (APPROXIMATELY 45 TO 50 g) OF NATURAL TANDOORI CHICKEN MASALA MIX AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS  FOR PENETRATION OF SPICES INTO THE CHICKEN & TO TENDERISE THE CHICKEN

    • GLAZE REQUIRED QUANTITY OF BUTTER TO THE MARINATED CHICKEN AND COOK IN A HOT TANDOORI  EARTHEN POT OR MICROWAVE OVEN

    • TO ENHANCE THE TASTE FINALLY ADD A PINCH OF BLACK SALT POWDER AND SERVE HOT
