NATURAL PANI PURI MASALA IS USED TO MAKE THE FLAVOURFUL WATER FOR THE PANI PURIS. FOR MAKING PANI, GRIND 1 TO 1 ½ CUPS OF MINT LEAVES, 5 TO 7 GREEN CHILLIES, 1 INCH GINGER PIECE AND JUICE OF ONE FULL LEMON. ADD ONE TABLESPOON OF GROUNDED PASTE TO 500 ml OR ½ LITRE OF COLD WATER. FINALLY ADD NATURAL PANI PURI MASALA (IF NEED ADD EXTRA BLACK SALT & AMCHUR POWDER TO TASTE) & SERVE.
