direction for use
- TOAST 200g PANEER CUBES IN A OIL OR BUTTER AND KEEP ASIDE
- SAUTE 1 BIG SIZED ONION, 1 TEASPOON OF GREEN CHILLI PASTE, 1 TEASPOON OF GINGER – GARLIC PASTE IN 1 TABLESPOON OF BUTTER
- ADD 1 BIG SIZED TOMATO (PUREE OR CHOPPED) AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES
- ADD 1 TABLESPOON OF NATURAL PANEER BUTTER MASALA, REQUIRED SALT TO THE BOILING MIXTURE (IF NEED, CAN ADD CASHEW PASTE & CHILLI POWDER)
- FINALLY ADD TOASTED PANEER PIECES AND COOK FOR 5 TO 8 MINUTES.
- GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES AND SERVE HOT
