  • CLEAN AND CUT KABAB PIECES OF MEAT OR CHICKEN- 1 Kg, VEGETABLES/PANEER

  • ADD 3 TO 3 ½ TABLESPOON (APPROXIMATELY 45 TO 50 g) OF NATURAL KABAB MASALA MIX TO THE MEAT/CHICKEN/ VEGETABLES/PANEER

  • MIX WELL UNTIL THE MIXTURE BECOMES SMOOTH AND STICKY (IF NEED, ADD CORN FLOUR & EGG TO HELP THE MIX TO STICK TOGETHER)

  • REST THE MIXTURE FOR 15 TO 30  MINUTES FOR PENETRATION OF SPICES & TO TENDERISE THE MEAT/CHICKEN/VEGETABLES/PANEER
  • FINALLY KABAB PIECES ARE GRILLED OVER A FIRE

  • TO ENHANCE THE TASTE FINALLY SPRINKLE A PINCH OF NATURAL BLACK SALT POWDER AND SERVE HOT
