TOMATO POWDER, GREEN CHILLI POWDER, CORN FLOUR, SOYA FLOUR, SUGAR, SODIUM CHLORIDE (COMMON SALT), PERMITTED SYNTHETIC FOOD COLOURS (INS110 & INS 122).
direction for use
- CUT MEDIUM SIZED CAULIFLOWER(GOBI) INTO SMALL PIECES AND SOAK IN HOT WATER FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES
- ADD REQUIRED QUANTITY OF WATER TO 100 g OF NATURAL CHILLI FLOUR MIXTURE AND MAKE SLIGHTLY THICK BATTER WITHOUT ANY LUMPS
- DIP CAULIFLOWER (GOBI) IN THE PREPARED BATTER AND DEEP FRY IN THE OIL
- HEAT ABOUT 2 TABLESPOON OF OIL IN A KADAI. ADD 1 MEDIUM SIZED CHOPPED ONION, 2 TEASPOON OF FINELY CHOPPED GARLIC AND GINGER, 1 MEDIUM SIZED SLICED CAPSICUM TO THE OIL AND SAUTE WELL
- MIX 1 CUP OF WATER (100 ml) TO 25g NATURAL SAUCE PACK AND MAKE LUMP FREE THIN SAUCE
- ADD PREPARED SAUCE TO SAUTED MIXTURE AND STIR WELL.
- NOW THE TIME TO ADD FRIED GOBI TO THE SAUCE MIXTURE AND MIX WELL. WHEN THE MOISTURE EVAPORATES, REMOVE GOBI MANCHURIAN FROM THE FLAME AND GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES, SPRING ONION. SERVE HOT
