MATERIALS REQUIRED
- 3 EGGS
- 5 TABLESPOON OIL (50 ml)
- 3 TABLESPOON WATER (30 ml)
PRELIMINARY STEP:
FOR OVEN:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 204 DEGREE CELSIUS. GREASE THE BAKING PAN WITH BUTTER/OIL or LINE WITH BUTTER SHEET
FOR PRESSURE COOKER:
USE 5 LITRE PRESSURE COOKER.PLACE SMALL STAND INSIDE THE PRESSURE COOKER, POUR WATER UPTO 4 cm HEIGHT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE COOKER. START HEAT THE PRESSURE COOKER. GREASE COOKER PAN WITH OIL OR BUTTER AND SLIGHTLY DUST WITH WHEAT FLOUR.
PREPARATION :
BEAT 3 EGGS WITH ELECTRIC BEATER FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD WATER AND OIL TO THE BEATEN EGG AND BEAT AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 2 MINUTES. NOW ADD 120g ICING PACK TO THE BEATEN MIXTURE AND BEAT FOR 2 MINUTES. FINALLY ADD 100g MIXTURE PACK AND BLEND FOR 1 MINUTE.POUR THE BATTER INTO A COOKER PAN AND STEAM FOR 30 MINUTES or BAKING PAN AND BAKE FOR 20-25 MINUTES AT 190-200 DEGREE CELSIUS
